PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM GRANT FOR FISCAL YEAR 2017

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand Sixteen
RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua

That the Mayor be, and hereby is, authorized to file an application with the U.S.
Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”) for the annual Community
Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) under the provisions of Title I of the Housing and
Community Development Act of 1974, as amended, and the HOME Investment Partnership
Program under the provisions of Title II of the Cranston-Gonzales National Affordable Housing
Act, and to execute all understandings, assurances and agreements as required therein;

That the following CDBG activities shall be carried out with an annual grant of $611,629,
estimated program income of $40,000; and reprogrammed funds in the amount of $72,184.83, as
described herein, for a total of $723,813.83. All activities are more fully described and shall be
consistent with the proposals contained in the communications to the Human Affairs Committee
dated February 2, 2016 and March 11, 2016:

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand and Nineteen

The City of Nashua ordains that Chapter 190 “Land Use”, Part 2 “Zoning Districts and
Supplemental Use Regulations”, Article 2 “Generally”, Section 190-12 “Zoning map”, is hereby
amended by changing the zoning designation of the following described parcel on Amherst
Street from Park Industrial (PI) to General Business (GB):

A certain tract or parcel of land with any buildings and improvements thereon
situated on the westerly side of Amherst Street (Route 101-A) in Nashua,
Hillsborough County, State of New Hampshire being shown as Lot 57 on a plan
of land entitled "Subdivision Plan (Lot 55, Map "I") 620 AMHERST STREET,
Nashua, New Hampshire prepared for Mark Maynard, 99 Wright Road, Hollis,
New Hampshire 03049 owned by: Anheuser-Busch Recycling Corp. c/o
Anheuser-Busch Co., Inc." dated 15 May 1996 by HIS Hayner/Swanson, Inc.
recorded with the Hillsborough County Registry of Deeds as Plan No. 28110
being bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the westerly sideline of Amherst Street which point is
also the easterly comer of the premises herein conveyed, thence;

North 52° 30' 00" East a distance of Forty (40) feet more or less to the center line
of Amherst Street, thence;

Northwesterly along the center line of Amherst Street a distance Three Hundred
