| know that Davis-Bacon has limitations and certain thresholds that you have to pass before you are exposed
to Davis-Bacon restrictions. I’m not sure if they are going passed those and it may be that the majority of the
work is the kind of work that they won't be doing.

We made up the difference in one of our previous Finance Committee meetings, is that correct?

Correct.

What we had expected the difference to be?

Correct. This plus the contribution gets us everything except for the carousel. There is $20,000 in the CDBG
allocation for the bathrooms and there will probably be the carousel money in the budget that is being
proposed.
