The newest model doesn’t conform to our existing emergency equipment, light bars, speakers and what not; so
that is what the uptick is in getting new emergency equipment. Once we refit the fleet, that emergency
equipment will be able to be used over and over again for all subsequent vehicles.

the City, this City has changed tremendously. And as | said, we have gone from a developing City to a
redeveloping City. And the only way we are going to redevelop is up and that presents challenges and

| think it is very important with the growth that is happening in our City; we are not a developing City we are a
re-developing City. We will look at some of the density that we are adding. We need an outside
comprehensive, objective view of what is happening with our community and can we meet the needs today,
but more importantly, can we prepare for tomorrow.

a bit. But the point is, we are paying a fine to the EPA every single time we have to let it go untreated, correct?
