The newest model doesn’t conform to our existing emergency equipment, light bars, speakers and what not; so
that is what the uptick is in getting new emergency equipment. Once we refit the fleet, that emergency
equipment will be able to be used over and over again for all subsequent vehicles.

| think it is very important with the growth that is happening in our City; we are not a developing City we are a
re-developing City. We will look at some of the density that we are adding. We need an outside
comprehensive, objective view of what is happening with our community and can we meet the needs today,
but more importantly, can we prepare for tomorrow.

are buying a new vehicle, it is replacing one of the training safety vehicles.

Thank you, to what you said Mayor, Mr. Boucher | would imagine this has savings kind of hidden in the weeds
a bit. But the point is, we are paying a fine to the EPA every single time we have to let it go untreated, correct?
