Tonight at midnight starts the City’s Annual Point in Time Count. This is the annual time during the year
that we count people who are homeless, either sheltered, unsheltered or at risk. So anybody who is
homeless, please contact a provider tomorrow of all days whether it the Soup Kitchen or City Welfare. You
can also call 1-844-800-9911 for our coordinated access line or the much easier to remember 211.

Thank you. On the Motion that was read, | have on the calendar on Monday, the 24" is a Budget Hearing
and | am Clerk of Budget and if that is the actual date that when we anticipate a Budget Hearing this would
be in conflict with the Infrastructure Meeting. Can that be checked by the Aldermanic Liaison on the
calendar.

You spoke of the ten days in May | believe as asking to close down, is that a full day close down or are you
just speaking during the day? Because the church is there and there are three meetings a week.

My challenge now is to make that happen, is to get that done. We would like this Board to consider, and |
know it is a difficult thing to do, but to perhaps waive the building permit fees or if we pay the fees, they
somehow come back to the project.
