$500,000 budget — A roof replacement funding request was presented and approved by the Capital

Improvement Committee in January of 2019 and again for additional funding in 2020. A bid scope has been
drafted and will be incorporated into a RFP for a spring of 2021 roof replacement project.

Property Conditions Report

The property conditions report was completed in January of 2020 and includes current conditions,
recommendations, observations and a detailed overview of the property.

Overview — Court Street Theater

January 26, 2021

The Court Street Theater falls under the directive of the Administrative Services Division —

The Building Maintenance Department performs an array of maintenance and cleaning tasks directly related to
the interior of the building as well as the exterior envelope and surrounding grounds.

The Grant Writer pursues grant opportunities that would apply to the theater.
