The City will accept up to 5,000 tons of urban fill, defined as mildly contaminated soils
which do not exceed NHDES Soil Remediation Standards, from the City Lot

at a time mutually agreeable to the City, as determined by its Director of Public
Works, and PSNH but in no event later than by June 30, 2022.

The City cannot take the Construction and Demolition (“C & D”) waste. That is pass-
through material for the City landfill and the City currently has a high volume coming into its
facility.

The city will still be governed by current FMLA regulations which would require up to 12 weeks
of unpaid FMLA leave to eligible employees who are being treated for COVID-19 or who are
caring for a family member who is suffering from COVID 19.

The city’s COVID19 Return to Work Policy will remain in effect and employee screening will
continue. Employees will be able to use personal leave time if available and as prescribed by
their collective bargaining agreement or policy should they need to quarantine.
