Imagine Nashua sought a variety of activities

A successful plan for Nashua reflects the voices
and aspirations of all its residents, workers and
diverse communities. Throughout the master plan
process, thorough and wide outreach was conducted
to ensure a diverse array of organizations and
individuals were involved in shaping this plan.

Land use policy is one of the most important tools
and mechanisms Nashua can use to advance
and shape equitable and sustainable growth and
redevelopment in the city. Strategic decision-making
around land use outcomes can have transformative
impacts on housing availability and choice, access
to jobs and opportunities, efficient and well-
connected transportation networks, critical resource
protection, and climate impact mitigation.
