In the time that | have been on the Board I’ve learned a lot about public speaking. When | was first on the
Board | learned that you should always go to events prepared to speak whether you are on the agenda or not
and that you should always open with a joke. Today | learned that you should bring two jokes in case the
Master of Ceremonies takes your first one. That was my second one.

The Organizational Meeting of the Board of Aldermen for 2016-2017 was held Sunday, January 10, 2016,
following the termination of the Inauguration Exercises for the 108th City Government in the Nashua High
School North Auditorium.

City Clerk Patricia Piecuch called the Assembly to order.

The roll call was taken with 15 members of the Board of Aldermen present.

His Honor James W. Donchess and Corporation Counsel Stephen M. Bennett were also in attendance.

Maintenance and management of all direct extensions; from multiple locations
and multiple administrators; to include all outbound and inbound calls to the City

of Nashua, NH site.

Full resitience of voice lines.
Provide redundancy from both a switch and data circuit standpoint to ensure

communications are uninterpretable and critical services can be performed.

Conway ice Arena

As you all know Conway has expressed interest in building a second sheet of

South Nashua. This project also provides the opportunity to add more freight traffic
along this corridor.

East Holils Street Traffic Improvements

The City of Nashua received a $3.661,000M award from NH DOT (R-13-154) to design
and construct improvements to the existing signalized intersection where East Hollis
Street and Bridge Street meet. A planning study by STV, Inc. has been ongoing to
develop alternatives and select a recommended plan that can then go forward into
the Engineering Phase of the overall project.

cleanup and reuse of the Mohawk Tannery and Fimbel Door properties. Both properties
are located adjacent to the northern end of the Broad Street Parkway.
