| am not going to support this legislation. While | do understand that sometimes listening to people talk about
things that we don’t agree with or that might not be under the purview of this Board, | think it is important to
hear people and especially people who live in this city, that own property in this city. | can’t vote to stop them
from speaking to this Board, so | won’t be supporting this.

same thing with the woman who you mentioned feels that she is on fire. That may not be what your definition
of sanity is, but it’s her right as a citizen of Nashua and a citizen of the United States to come before the public
board and tell us what her issue is with a certain department in the city.

important to know that people are using the transit system to get to work, and it is important | think that
we continue to accept this money.

As they pointed out, it is about 50 percent of the bus ridership population. It is a very, very well used
service and provides a great benefit in Nashua.
