There being no objection, President McCarthy declared the minutes of the Board of Aldermen
meeting of October 9, 2018, and the public hearing conducted by the Planning and Economic
Development Committee on October 16, 2018, accepted, placed on file, and the readings
suspended.

Aldermanic Chamber.

President Brian S. McCarthy presided; Deputy City Clerk Judith Boileau recorded.

Prayer was offered by Deputy City Clerk Judith Boileau; Alderman June M. Caron led in the Pledge to
