“CONTINGENCY”, ACCOUNT #70100 “GENERAL CONTINGENCY” TO ‘THE
NASHUA AIRPORT FOR THE PURPOSE OF FUNDING A PORTION OF THE COST
OF SNOW REMOVAL EQUIPMENT

In the Year Two Thousand and Nineteen
a. Referral to Transportation Manager. The Advertising Contractor shall promptly
send the advertisement — along with the name of the advertiser, the size and number
of the advertisements, and the dates and locations of the display — to the
Transportation Manager for review of the advertisement by NTS.

shelters and other outdoor advertising spaces as determined by the City in its sole discretion, in writing
prior to any marketing or Advertising Contract

and Suspension and 49 CFR Part 29.
