B. The foregoing are set out for purposes of illustration and not limitation; and, the
Commission further retains all such rights, powers, and authority not otherwise specifically
relinquished, restricted, or modified by the terms of this Agreement, whether exercised or
not.

PREAMBLE

Pursuant to New Hampshire Revised Statutes Annotated, RSA 273-A, and other applicable laws
and ordinances, this Agreement is entered into between the Nashua Board of Police
Commissioners, hereinafter referred to as the "Commission" and the Nashua Police Supervisors
Association, hereinafter referred to as the "Association."

In applying this Agreement, the use of the masculine shall be construed to include the feminine.
The use of the singular shall be construed to include the plural.
