Association members shall be subject to the provisions of the New Hampshire Retirement System.
Health Insurance

Salary Schedule
All bargaining members will receive 21.5% increase to base salary effective July 1, 2029-2020 except
those newly hired bargaining unit members who have already been placed with a 204920202020
2021 salary (see Appendix A). No employee shall be placed on the salary scale above their supervisor
with comparable experience.
