Nashua Police Commission and the Nashua Police Patrolman’s
Association and the Nashua Police Supervisor’s Association
regarding vacation carryover

ANALYSIS

MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made this {7 day of , 2020 by and between the Nashua Police
Supervisor’s Association and the Nashua Police Commission, City of Nashua, New
Hampshire.

WHEREAS, the State of New Hampshire and the City of Nashua are experiencing a
public health crisis, due to the Covid-19 pandemic; and

WHEREAS, the Governor of New Hampshire, Christopher T. Sununu, declared a State
of Emergency in New Hampshire as of March 13, 2020; and

WHEREAS, the State of Emergency has been extended indefinitely; and

EXISTING CDBG FUNDING; AND-TO CREATE A COVID-19 IMPACT PROGRAM;
and AMEND THE CITIZEN PARTICIPATION PLAN TO RESPOND TO COVID-19
