forth in this agreement, including all incorporated Exhibits and written amendments or
modifications. Subject to the foregaing provisions, the contract inures to the benefit of,
and is binding upon, the successors and assigns of the parties.
11. INSURANCE Independent Contractor shall carry and maintain in effect during the
performance of services under this contract:
> General Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence;
$2,000,000 aggregate;
> $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit Automobile Liability; *Coverage must include
all owned, non-owned and hired vehicles ; and
> Workers’ Compensation Coverage in compliance with the State of New
Hampshire statutes, $100,000/5500,000/5100,000.
