60-mil TPO fully adhered roof system.

Furnish and install two layers of *4” plywood at roof perimeter.

Furnish and install wood blocking at interior roof curbs as shown on A-103 dated
10/18/21.

3 Furnish and install a 5/8” densdeck prime substrate board.
