3. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE. Professional Engineer shall perform and complete all work by December
31, 2022 which date shall only be altered by mutually approved written agreement to extend the period of
performance or by termination in accordance with the terms of the contract. Professional Engineer shall
begin performance upon receipt of an Executed Contract and a valid Purchase Order issued from the City
of Nashua.

4. COMPENSATION. Professional Engineer agrees to perform the work for a total cost not to exceed

The selection committee may invite up to three respondents to interview with the committee.

If an interview process is chosen, participants in the interview process will be rated and the top
rated firm will be asked to prepare a detailed Scope of Work and blank fee matrix for the IGE,
and then lastly a Cost Proposal, as the second step in the selection process.

A description of relevant experience that demonstrates proven experience in design, permitting
and construction administration on similar assignments will be provided, with emphasis on LPA
project management and compliance experience.

References
Three references will be provided who are familiar with the Consultant’s relevant experience and
expertise.

Staff Resumes
Resumes will be provided for key staff members. Resumes shall demonstrate experience and
background appropriate for each individual’s assigned responsibilities.
