A description of relevant experience that demonstrates proven experience in design, permitting
and construction administration on similar assignments will be provided, with emphasis on LPA
project management and compliance experience.
References
Three references will be provided who are familiar with the Consultant’s relevant experience and
expertise.
Staff Resumes
Resumes will be provided for key staff members. Resumes shall demonstrate experience and
background appropriate for each individual’s assigned responsibilities.
General Submission Requirements
e Responses to this Request for Qualifications shall be submitted on 8.5 inch by 11 inch
sheets.
e Responses shall be bound.
e Pages will use one inch minimum margins and font size shall be eleven points
(minimum).
e There is no page limit, however it is noted that relevance and brevity shall be considered
during evaluation of the submittals. An approximate page range of Spages is anticipated.
e Three hardcopies and one digital copy shall be submitted.
*A pre-proposal conference will be held on Friday, May 12, 2017 at 1:00 P.M. at the Nashua
City Hall, Room 208, Nashua, New Hampshire for the purpose of responding to questions
regarding the project and this Request for Qualifications. This conference is mandatory for
any consultant wishing to submit a Statement of Qualifications.
F. Selection Process
The second-step in the RFQ process is the selection. Upon receipt of qualifications submissions,
the City of Nashua’s selection committee will review the responses based on the following
criteria:

The following criteria will be used in rating responses to this Request for Qualifications:
1.) Strong relevant transportation improvements engineering design expertise with similar
projects.
2.) Strong background experience on NHDOT LPA projects which demonstrates detailed
knowledge of NHDOT/FHWA standards and standard procedures.
3.) A strong project approach that demonstrates knowledge needed as well as the
commitment to successfully complete the scope of work on time and on budget.
