REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL or more commonly referred to as an RFP, is the published request
looking for a provider of specific goods and/or services. The RFP includes the original published
document, plus any written revisions or addenda that has been provided to all respondents.

WORKS OF AUTHORSHIP means any copyrightable subject matter conceived, created, produced,
controlled or owned by Contractor or its agents, representatives or employces.

WORK PLAN shall have the meaning as described in section 3.C.2.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS means the group of individuals appointed and/or elected and duly
constituted under the corporate charter and/or Articles of Incorporation or similar organizational
document, bylaws and relevant state law with authority to manage the corporate affairs of Contractor.

CONTRACT MANAGER means the City’s PEG Program Manager and the City’s Purchasing Manager,
or their designee.

3. The City shall reimburse Contractor for any reasonable costs incurred preserving operations
during any hold over period, provided that Contractor provides City with supporting
documentation of such costs, and subject to such costs not exceeding the payment provided.

to such other cost reimbursement terms agreed in writing by the parties.

We anticipate developing a News Team with Live morning and evening newscast and leasing a
vehicle wrapped with station logos to promote station while collecting news for broadcast.

2. Streaming Content.

Nashua has a video server that takes care of all three stations with on-demand programming and
streams live content. We propose to add Roku and Amazon Fire Stick for the viewer’s streaming
access. These comprise about 60% of the streaming access (OTT) devices used today.

3. Closed Captioning.

We propose several optional innovations which aim to dramatically increase the P-Channel audience.

These options are not included in the basic proposal, but are proposed in response to the Q&A in
Addendum 1 concerning options we would like the city to consider.
