RESOLUTION
AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE
14 COURT STREET LEASE FOR UNIT B WITH LIQUID THERAPY, LLC
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-Two
RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the Mayor is
authorized to enter into a Second Amendment to 14 Court Street Lease for Unit B with Liquid
Therapy, LLC in substantially the same form as the attached.
We are able to accept credit card payments for an additional
3% charge.

products, or processes shall meet all the requirements and be subject to all the terms and

Professional Engineer or of anyone acting under its direction or control or on its behalf in
connection with or incidental to the performance of this contract. Professional Engineer’ s
indemnity and hold harmless obligations, or portions thereof, shall not apply to liability
caused by the sole negligence or willful misconduct of the party indemnified or held
harmless.
