3. The words “perform” or ‘Provide,” when used in connection with services, materials, or equipment, shall mean to
furnish and install said services, materials, or equipment complete and ready for intended use.
4. When “furnish,” “install,” “perform,” or “provide” is not used in connection with services, materials, or equipment
in a context clearly requiring an obligation of CONTRACTOR, “provide” is implied.
45. Supplier--A manufacturer, fabricator, supplier, distributor, material man, or vendor having a direct contract
with CONTRACTOR or with any Subcontractor to furnish materials or equipment to be incorporated in the Work by
CONTRACTOR or any Subcontractor.
29. Notice to Proceed--A written notice given by OWNER to CONTRACTOR fixing the date on which the Contract
Times will commence to run and on which CONTRACTOR shall start to perform the Work under the Contract
Documents.
30. OWWNER--The individual, entity, public body, or authority with whom CONTRACTOR has entered into the
Agreement and for whom the Work is to be performed.

13. Contract Price--The moneys payable by OWNER to CONTRACTOR for completion of the Work in
