receiving people looking for a better life. And our Police are dealing, | can say from first-hand
observation, very compassionately with people who are under the influence and making decisions that
affect public welfare. It something we still have a lot of work to do, so | encourage everybody to be
familiar with the resources and services available in our City.

So these are, at least on two of these, the LED light were monies left over because of the former
projects were well managed and we had money left over. So we want to repurpose this money to allow
us to move forward.
