President Lori Wilshire presided; City Clerk Susan Lovering recorded.
Prayer was offered by City Clerk Susan Lovering; Alderman Thomas Lopez led in the Pledge to the Flag.

decisions for the short term. | just encourage everybody to do that, we have plenty of reasons to be

any context what the pros and cons of that area. But based on the discussions today, it is clear that people
are not adhering to the mask mandate, it is clear that businesses for many reasons, I’m sure that it is very
difficult to turn away patrons, or to ask front line people to argue with them about what the Law is. But we
are not using these important and prudent means of reducing transmission.
