We have worked with City Clerk Lovering to be able to conduct the primary at the Middle School even
though it is under construction. But in November, the site will not be conducive to having the public there.
So we are just moving it across the street to the gymnasium, right across (audio cuts out) and the election
will be held there in November.

to the Supplemental Appropriate of $63,865.00 of unanticipated revenue into Fund #7026, Capital
Equipment Reserve Fund. Is there someone to give us an overview on that?

Just before we do that I’m really sorry, | meant to call out Sue Lovering and her staff and all the poll
workers, what a fantastic job they did. | mean everybody worked hard under these conditions. | mean it
was kind of a learn on the go kind of thing with everything new because of the pandemic. But! think you
did a wonderful job Ms. Lovering, you are to be commended, very much. Thank you.

And every business, every store, has a sign that you have no service is you are not wearing a mask, you
cannot come in. And they all have the six foot spacing on the floors. They are taking it quite seriously in
New York and they are doing quite well. | was listening to the Governor yesterday and he is, | think he’s
doing a great job here in New York to stem this pandemic and | wish we had more of an effort in the
Federal Government. So thank you.
