A special meeting of the Board of Aldermen was held Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. in the
Auditorium at City Hall, 3% floor.

President Lori Wilshire presided; City Clerk Susan K. Lovering recorded.

Prayer was offered by City Clerk Susan K. Lovering; Alderwoman Shoshanna Kelly led in the Pledge to the
Flag.

Before | ask the Clerk to take the roll, many of you will be participating by telephone or virtually and
under the terms of the State law that allows them to do that. You need to explain why they can’t

have never seen. But! think everyone has risen to the occasion and really been there for each other. So
thank you all for that.

We do have a Budget Meeting on the 16", this is Thursday at 7:00 and it will be covering all City Revenues.
So that’s a whole part of the budget, if you want to be able to comment on it, information will be going out
from Donna on the meeting notice.
