A meeting of the Finance Committee was held on Wednesday, June 2, 2021, at 7:00 p.m. via teleconference.

Alderman Patricia Klee, Vice-Chairman, presided.

As Vice-Chairman of the Finance Committee, | find that due to the State of Emergency declared by
the Governor as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the Governor's Emergency Order
#12 pursuant to Executive Order 2020-04 and subsequent extensions, this public body is authorized to meet
electronically.

It went to trial — a hearing before the Board of Tax and Land Appeals and we've gotten a decision. It was not settled.

Oh I’m sorry. The decision — that’s what | meant. | guess the legalese is to a settlement is actually an agreement
between two parties. What | meant is you received a — okay. So did we prevail?

And so do we anticipate that this up to $150,000 will cover the remainder of the work needed to do or are we going to be
facing another change order?

Well that depends on what settles and what has to go to trial. So it’s not very possible to give a definitive answer today.
We hope that $150,000 will cover it all. It might not.

of the properties we had listed. We may still be adding more.
