had access. We had 20 licenses, which at that time fit us because most commonly the people that
you would see using this capability was your Division Directors or employees that had reasons that
they might need to sign on during the night or weekends. It doesn’t fit in a situation like this where we
will need essential employees to be able to access systems while working remotely from home.

gets out in different answers, people are going to pick up on that and then they won't trust the call in.

the Fire. They cannot pick and choose on the calls that they receive; they cannot because of the
nature of their duty enforce the six-foot rule that we have heard about. We should maintain that
boundary in dealing with people. If we are isolating City Hall and other things, | do know there’s, |
would hope that everybody in the City would be on their best behavior and nobody gets arrested, but |
don’t think we are in that utopic place right now.

Thank you, you were very thorough and | appreciated that. | have a couple of questions; | know you
said, rightly so, that communication and sharing communication is going to be very key; we are at the
front lines talking to people daily. They have questions, so question one — | heard you say emergency
management will triage. Is that where we should start if someone reaches out to us with a question or
a need?

experience with transportation systems, the transit system, figuring out what types of community-
based organizations we have here in the City that can assist through Urban Programs or there might
be some opportunity to make that work.
