The $12.5 is before the award. The $1.1 is a combination of two fiscal years.

budget of basically $1.5 million dollars for the Financial Services Department. I’m not sure if that’s the
complete Department. So Mr. Griffin, | would like to ask you for that particular account, full-time, how many
people does that represent, that $1.5 million dollars of wages?
