basically losing out on two sick days which those sick days are worth money. So they're losing out on money, which | think
is unfair and unwise. And also curious if it has a sunset date or if that would ever be rescinded at some point once the
COVID pandemic had passed. Thank you.

graduated fine. The AADPAC committee had looked at a variety of different municipalities: Manchester, Portsmouth, and
various things. Looked at them, considered adopting those but the truth is it just complicated things. By removing the fine
limitation, again, it put all of the animals’ right into the same category and it gave the flexibility of education etc. to the
Animal Control Officer. So | would like to see a positive (inaudible)
