SECTION 19. PERFORMANCE REPORTS AND EVALUATIONS,
A. The Contractor shall submit pcriodic reports as specificd in section 4 above (“Reporting
Requirements”) in a format approved by the City.

such times and in such form as the Contract Manager may reasonably require.
