Test results shall be provided to the City within 5 calendar days from asphait pickup.
Results received after 5 calendar days will not be accepted.

Please refer to the attached, “2016 NHDOT Section 400 Pavements” specifications.

Table 1! below lists streets being paved and the number of sample locations per street.
Streets are subject to change and contract will be adjusted accordingly.

list of work not completed. With respect to work listed by the City of Nashua as incomplete,
Independent Contractor shall promptly complete the work and the final acceptance procedure
shall be repeated. The date of final acceptance of a project by the City of Nashua shall be the date
upon which the Board of Public Works or other designated official accepts and approves the
notice of completion.

Board of Public Works for resolution. If the parties are dissatisfied with the decision of the Board
of Public Works, the parties’ reserve the right to pursue any available legal and/or equitable
remedies for any breaches of this contract except as that right may be limited by the terms of this

4. CITY OF NASHUA REPRESENTATIVE The City of Nashua may designate a City of Nashua
representative for this contract. If designated, all notices, project materials, requests by
Independent Contractor, and any other communication about the contract shall be addressed or be
delivered to the City of Nashua Representative.
