subcontractors will be paid and supervised directly by the Contractor. Any subcontractor used is the
agent of the Contractor and not the City of Nashua. Subcontractors are subject to the same insurance
requirements as the Contractor.

General Liability insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 per occurrence; $2,000,000 aggregate;
