hearing to the Chair of the Budget Review Committee Alderman Dowd.

$30,000 of unanticipated revenue into Department #160 Public Works Administration & Engineering. Who

However, it should be noted that the CDC guidelines are viewed by many in the medical community as
premature, due to the number and percentage of unvaccinated people, as well as the lack of adherence by

some to the ongoing CDC guidelines (and the present Nashua mask mandate).

The most notable change is the availability of highly effective vaccines. As such, the CDC has determined that

fully vaccinated people no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance in any setting, except where
required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, rules, and regulations, including local business and
workplace guidance. This is based on the science which says that indoor and outdoor activities pose minimal

risk to fully vaccinated people and that fully vaccinated people have a reduced risk of transmitting SARS-CoV-2
