("Service Level Agreement”)
i. Service Level Agreement Overview
This Service Level Agreement (“SLA” or “Service Level Agreement”) is between KnowBe4, Inc.
(“KnowBea”} and the Customer for the provisioning of services required to support and sustain the
Products under the Agreement to which this Service Level Agreement is attached).
Goals & Objectives.
14.9 Purchase Order. KNOWBE4 SPECIFICALLY
OBJECTS TO ANY ABDITIONAL TERMS BEING ADDED
THROUGH A CUSTOMER PROVIDED PURCHASE ORDER OR
SIMILAR DOCUMENT. IF A PURCHASE ORDER IS REQUIRED
BY CUSTOMER, THE PARTIES AGREE THAT ANY
ADDITIONAL TERMS CONTAINED THEREIN SHALL NOT
BECOME PART OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
PARTIES AND SPECIFICALLY THAT THE TERMS OF THIS
AGREEMENT SHALL SUPERSEDE AND REPLACE ANY AND
ALL TERMS IN ANY PURCHASE ORDER.
