Yes, just a very, very quick update on the Middle School Project because not everyone is up-to-date on it.
We have a full construction crew at Fairgrounds Middle School; that is proceeding along to do everything
we need to do this summer. You'll see more and more construction going on, especially in the front of the
school where the new security aspect of the project is being done.

And to the family and all of a sudden | am blanking on his name, but the young man who had passed away
through drowning, | really want to give my condolences. As it was said, this was a horrible thing to have
happened during any time, no parent should ever lose their child. So my heart goes out to them.

Provide oral and written technical assistance, advice and guidance in the areas of assessing,
appraising or equalization to municipal officials, city counsel or independent municipal
appraisers. Recommend improvement in these areas as needed.

Integration Status
Conducted dual entry in old and new systems for 3 months to verify functionality
Has been integrated with City’s new Building Permit Application CivicGOV

Enhanced Security
Now integrated with the City’s Windows accounts so no additional password
for users to remember (Single Sign-On)
Permissions are now based on roles instead of individuals for easier
maintenance
Increased granularity — can set security permissions down to an individual
field in any database table
Have the ability to make a field required before a save can be made
Increased auditing on field changes
Previous years are easily locked down to prevent changes being made
