| thought that in a fiscal year there would be some type of effect on the bottom line if salaries were being
paid and fees were not coming in. So certainly the predicted income is going to be affected by waiving
fees. | know it is infinitesimal.

The revenues in any department are estimates and we usually exceed them anyway. So it will not affect
the budget.
