February 9, 2021, at 6:45 p.m. which will be held remotely relative to a presentation on Administrative
Services.

ordinance’s intent. This principle of flexibility directly conflicts with §190-17 (B) that states “Only
one principal structure shall be permitted on a lot, except where otherwise provided by this
chapter.” With this requirement, two identical applications for development under the Conservation
Subdivision, with one creating separate lots and one proposed asa condominium would not be
treated equally. The condominium development would not be allowed or would need to go to the

was never on my bucket list to be arrested, but | refuse to allow the City to tell me | am
trespassing when | enter City Hall. A pox to Attorney Neumann and Attorney Celia
Leonard and all those city leaders who violate our rights.

This man was hired to help citizens with their requests for information and we paid for a
$100,000 position. It should not be about screwing over citizens. | did not want that
position in the legal office and this position is certainly of no help to me.
