These plans ultimately for the project were approved by the Planning Board. As we detailed in our petition
Madam President, Groton Road as we know it today was laid out by a realignment by the State in 1937. As a
result of the realignment and as shown on the plan that Hayner Swanson prepared which we submitted with
our petition, there’s a strip of land sort of narrow, a couple little triangular shape, long and thin along a portion
of this property's frontage on Groton Road.

That is disappointing Mayor. David Fredette has been an excellent, excellent person for the City and he will be

Departments seek to achieve a 0% increase which | thought could achieve a very minimal tax increase or the
lowest we could get it.

So one of the major changes is that we’ve made the language now so that we will follow right along with the
State of New Hampshire as they update we will update as well and won’t have to go through a lengthy and
time consuming Ordinance change every time the State does so.
