RESCINDING THE FACE COVERING ORDINANCES

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-One

WHEREAS the Board of Aldermen passed O-20-018 “Relative to Face Coverings” on
May 21, 2020;

WHEREAS the Board of Aldermen passed O-20-029, Amended “Supplemental
Requirements Relative to Face Coverings” on September 22, 2020; and

WHEREAS both of these ordinances provide that they shail continue in effect until
rescinded by action of the Board of Aldermen.

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty-One

The City of Nashua ordains that Part I] “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Article XII “Parking, Stopping and Standing”, Section 320-55 “Parking by
authorized vehicles only in designated areas” of the Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be
hereby further amended by adding the following new underlined language:
