AUTHORIZING THE CITY OF NASHUA TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH
THE TOWN OF MERRIMACK FOR TRANSIT SERVICES
CITY OF NASHUA
In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty One
RESOLVED by the Board of Alderman of the City of Nashua that the City is authorized
to enter into a contract substantially in the attached form with the Town of Merrimack for transit
services for the period of July 1, 2021through June 30, 2022.

11. Counterparts. This Agreement may be executed in as many counterparts as may be
required by the parties. It shall not be necessary that the signatures on behalf of the parties hereto
appear on each counterpart hereof, and it shall be sufficient that the signatures on behalf of the
parties hereto appear on one or more such counterparts. All counterparts shall collectively
constitute a single agreement.
8. Required Notice To Enter Property. Grantee shall provide notice to Grantor prior
to commencement of construction. Notice may be given by personal delivery, nationally
recognized overnight express mail or deposited in the mail, registered or certified, postage and
charges prepaid, and address to the party for whom intended at the address specified below, or at
such other address as such party may have substituted therefore by notice in the manner set forth
above.
