Several of those cities are re-doing those studies again in the next couple of years. They found that those
studies have been very beneficial in pointing out where the problems are with their parking and adjusting
those parking situations.

So the Downtown Improvement Committee would like for you to let us have the parking study conducted,
let us see what our problems are, what information comes back to us so that we as a group can discuss it
and implement a parking program that will work for everybody. Thank you.

So | want to clarify that | made that statement that | thought it needed a second Board of Aldermen approval and
that may not be the case. | have two more other questions actually. One was the question was the amount
collected by the State, I’ve gone through everything and | remember the discussion in the State House. What

the State will be taking from these organizations.

President Wilshire
Thank you. |’ll open it up to questions.
