made visual contact with Greg in his maroon Ford Fusion Massachusetis plate
at the end of Country Side Drive and go left onto Gilson Rd. | was able

Surveillance Target: Greg Turgiss, Nashua NH city employee in commercial
assessing office.

Reason for Surveillance: Suspected abuse of company time and mileage

Leaving Holiday Inn

Conclusion: Once Will Freyler found Greg’s 2 resting spots, | had great success in
finding him in the location for all 3 days | did surveillance. He spent far more time than
just a lunch break and for 2 of those days, he signed out solely for field work.
