Community Development Block Grant (“CDBG”) and Home
Investment Partnership Program Funds for Fiscal Year 2020

Fiscal impact will be a total of $791,423.84 CDBG funds and a
total of $359,905 in HOME Investment Partnership funds to be
used for specific purposes.

interest, deferred payment loans for essential repairs of residential rental properties

more fully described in the Program’s Guidelines. Properties located in the City’s lowest
income census tracts will receive priority.
