ORDINANCE

ESTABLISHING A 25 M.P.H. SPEED LIMIT ON CHARLOTTE AVENUE

CITY OF NASHUA

In the Year Two Thousand and Twenty

The City of Nashua ordains that Part II “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Article VI “Speed Limits”, Section 320-23 “Speed limit signs”, subsection B of the
Nashua Revised Ordinances, as amended, be hereby further amended by adding the following
new underlined language in the appropriate alphabetical order:

The City of Nashua ordains that Part II “General Legislation”, Chapter 320 “Vehicles
and Traffic”, Article VI “Speed Limits”, Section 320-23 “Speed limit signs”, subsection B of the

e Adjusted years of service (ADJ YOS): YOS were capped at 10 for those employ ees
withless than 30 total YOS, and at 20 for those employ ees with more than 30 YOS

e Percentage: The current salary ranges for some NPL grade levels varied more from the
ranges of the comparison communities than did other NPL grade levels so different
percentages were used to adjust the salaries in each NPL grade level:

Grade_7: 2%
Grade 5: 1.5%
Grade 4: 1.6%
Grade 3: 1.5%
Grade 2: 2%
Grade 1; 2 %

SICK LEAVE BANK OPERATIONAL RULES

The purpose of the Sick Leave Bank as provided for in the contract between the Union and
Library Board of Trustees is to offer income protection to contributing members who must
be absent because of prolonged or continuing illness bey ond their control, or incapacitating

accident.
