Enclosed, please find Chemserve’s proposal for RFP0931-041321, Water Quality Testing and
Monitoring at Nashua Landfill sites.

in compliance with your REP, we hereby submit our proposal for the above project. Having examined the plans

and specifications and being familiar with all of the conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed

project, including the availability of materials and labor, we hereby propose to furnish all supervision, labor,

materials and supplies, and to construct the project in accordance with the contract documents, dated
4/13/2021 Including Addenda noted below.
