RESOLVED by the Board of Aldermen of the City of Nashua that the City is authorized
to enter into an Agreement and Consent to Joint Use with Liberty Utilities in substantially the
same form as the attached.

Department of Transportation Project Agreement and
acceptance and appropriation of federal aid surface
transportation funds from the State of New Hampshire for the
purpose of improving the existing signalized intersection where
East Hollis Street and Canal Street meet Bridge Street
