Establishing a Housing Trust Fund Committee

Anticipated costs would be associated staff time and fulfilling
public meeting requirements of the committee.
ANALYSIS
This ordinance establishes a Housing Trust Fund Committee as described in the legislation. This
new Committee is a “public body” under the Right-to-Know Law.
ORDINANCE O-22-017
(4) One (1) member shall be a finance professional with experience in housing
lending in the City or State of New Hampshire and will be appointed by the
Mayor.
(5) One (1} member shall be a representative of a housing advocacy group and will
be appointed by the Mayor.
(6) One (1} member shall be the Community Development Division Director or his or
her designee. The term of this member shall be indefinite.

Housing Trust Fund Committee
§ 12-44, Establishment.
The Housing Trust Fund Committee for the City of Nashua is hereby established. The
