Thank you, Mr. Chairman. I’m sensitive to the fact that this is a public hearing and | am assuming that
there are members of the public that want to speak and ask questions. | am also assuming that Director
Cummings and Attorney Leonard and Deb Novotny and Rich Lannan are going to be available to
committee after the public hearing is concluded. So if my assumptions are correct, |’ll save my questions
for the Committee meeting and let the public ask their questions during the public hearing.
