ORDINANCE O-16-020

(1) Permits and phasing. The Planning Board shall approve a site plan if it
complies with the standards established below. A building permit shall
be obtained for each dwelling unit and each accessory use.

(2) Compliance. At the time an application is submitted to the Planning <«------ [Fer

and all applicable rules and regulations established by the New
