Re: Emergency PO Request — Roofing Materials

Pursuant to NRO: § 5-90/G | have authorized the Emergency Purchase Order Request for the
procurement of Roofing Materials for the new DPW Administrative Office Building

Please see attached communications from Tim Cummings, Director of Economic Development, dated
November 9, 2021 for project specific details related to this emergency procurement request along
with documentation from the vendors, Harvey Construction and Academy Roofing to support this
purchase. Below please find a summary of the purchase approval request:

Item: Roofing Materials for the new DPW Administrative Office Building
Value: not to exceed $223,100
Vendor: Harvey Construction/Academy Roofing Corp

Department: 160 Engineering
Source Fund: 54210 Construction/Bond
BPW: Approved 11/4/21

Once filed with the City Clerk’s office the requisition entered will be processed as a PO for the
contract that has been initiated.
